Yes, I require a 30% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking to secure your session date. This ensures your spot is reserved and allows me to begin planning your experience.
4. Where will our session take place?
I’m a natural light photographer based in Jacksonville, FL. Sessions can be held outdoors at beautiful local spots, in the comfort of your home, or at a special location of your choice. We’ll discuss the perfect setting during the planning process.
5. What should we wear for our session?
Don’t stress! I’ll provide you with guidance and suggestions to help you choose outfits that feel comfortable and look great on camera. I recommend soft, neutral tones and coordinating styles to create a timeless, cohesive look.
6. What if my kids don’t cooperate during the session?
Don’t worry at all! My sessions are designed to be relaxed and fun, allowing kids to be themselves. I’ll work with their energy to capture genuine smiles and moments, even if things get a little silly.
7. How long will it take to receive our photos?
You can expect to receive your high-resolution, professionally edited images within 2-3 weeks of your session. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly when to expect your beautiful gallery.
8. Can I order prints or albums from you?
Absolutely! While I provide high-resolution digital files, I also offer print options and albums if you’d like to bring your images to life in a tangible, lasting way.
9. What happens if I need to reschedule?
Life happens, and I completely understand. I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Your deposit will be applied to a future date, ensuring you don’t lose out on your investment.
